HTML to WordPress SEO Conversion

I need my current static HTML website rebuilt on WordPress with a strong focus on dynamic location pages and fully automated schema markup. All existing city-specific pages, text, and media that are already live on the HTML version will become the source for these dynamic pages, so no fresh copy-writing is required—just intelligent reuse inside WordPress.

While dynamic locations and schema are the first priority, I also want my present URLs, meta data, and rankings left intact through proper redirects and on-page SEO migration. The site must open fast on both mobile and desktop; please work with a lightweight theme or custom code rather than heavy page-builder apps.

Lead-capture is critical. When a visitor submits the enquiry form, I need the same message delivered instantly to both my email and my WhatsApp number, exactly as it happens on the HTML site today.
