AI Trainer – HR & People Operations
We are looking for an experienced AI Trainer specializing in HR, recruitment, employee management, and people operations to help us identify and implement practical AI solutions across our HR processes.
The ideal candidate should understand HR workflows and be able to demonstrate how AI can improve recruitment, documentation, communication, employee support, reporting, and other HR activities.
Responsibilities
Train our HR team on practical AI tools and applications.
Identify repetitive HR tasks that can be improved or automated using AI.
Demonstrate AI applications for recruitment, job descriptions, candidate screening, interview preparation, onboarding, and HR documentation.
Help create AI-powered HR workflows and assistants.
Explore AI solutions for employee communication, training, reporting, and HR administration.
Recommend suitable AI tools based on our HR requirements.
Train the HR team on effective prompting and responsible use of AI.
Help improve efficiency and reduce repetitive manual HR work.
Keep the team updated on useful AI tools and developments for HR.
Requirements
Strong HR and AI experience.
Practical understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Custom GPTs, AI HR tools, automation platforms, or similar technologies.
Ability to identify realistic AI automation opportunities within HR.
Experience training or guiding HR teams.
Strong communication and process-understanding skills.
Understanding of responsible and appropriate use of AI in HR is an advantage.
Engagement
Freelance / Assignment-based
Training through video calls as required.
Practical demonstrations, workflow development, and automation assignments.
Further assignments based on performance.
