This is a remote position.
Location: Currently remote but may transition to onsite in Bangalore post June 2026
Job Responsibilities
Onboarding new candidates & briefing
Oversee daily operations of HR & Admin
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and letters; support audits when required
Manage employee records related to attendance, leave, medical, benefits, and compliance
Build and manage vendor relationships; coordinate invoicing, payments, contracts, and service performance
Maintain employee records related to leaves, medical, attendance and other benefits
Plan & Conduct Employee engagement activities
Ability to work with timelines/deadlines
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal events, celebrations, off sites, and gifting programs
Responsible for overall quality system in HR department
Handling other ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements
4+years of proven experience in HR Operations and administration
Prior experience as an HR Executive will be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools with strong data and record management skills
Able to work under pressure and efficiently
Ability to communicate effectively & professionally
Capable of working efficiently under pressure and meeting deadlines
Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
Willingness to travel locally for office, vendor, and other business-related activities
Attentive listener, understanding, empathetic, and personable
Positive, go-getter attitude
Graduation/PG in Human Resources field or relevant
