HR Community Moderator
HRPush is a growing community and career platform built specifically for HR professionals, and we’re looking for someone to help us bring the community to LIFE.
We need someone who understands the HR world and knows how to start conversations people actually want to join.
You’ll help with:
* Posting engaging HR discussion topics and questions
* Commenting and responding to members
* Welcoming new members and encouraging participation
* Starting conversations around recruiting, HR tech, workplace trends, careers, leadership, employee relations, and more
* Helping us figure out what gets our community talking
We’re an early-stage startup, so this role starts at $5/hour with limited hours, but there is real opportunity for the position to grow as HRPush grows.
You’ll also be joining us early as part of the founding community team meaning you’ll have an opportunity to help shape how the community develops.
We want someone with personality. Not corporate copy-and-paste posts. Be curious. Be conversational. Have opinions. Ask the spicy question.
HR knowledge or experience is strongly preferred. HR students, recent grads, recruiters, coordinators, and early-career HR professionals are welcome.
