We are looking for an experienced Freelance HR & Accounts Executive to support our company, Excellence Crew Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
The freelancer will be required to handle regular HR and basic accounting activities for our office and manpower operations.
HR Work
- Employee joining and onboarding documentation
- Employee database and personal file management
- Attendance management
- Payroll data preparation
- PF & ESIC documentation and coordination
- Leave and employee records
- Recruitment and candidate coordination
- Joining letters, HR letters and other documentation
- Employee data and HR records maintenance
Accounts Work
- Daily accounting entries
- Purchase and sales invoice management
- Payment and receipt entries
- Expense and petty cash records
- Customer/vendor outstanding tracking
- Bank reconciliation
- GST-related data preparation
- Monthly accounts data and reports
- Coordination with CA/Accountant
Required Skills
- MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Tally or other accounting software
- Basic knowledge of payroll, PF & ESIC
- HR documentation
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping
- Good communication and coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidential company and employee information
Preferred Experience
Experience in manpower supply, staffing, automobile, manufacturing or engineering companies will be preferred.
Work Type
Freelance / Part-Time – Office Based
We are looking for someone who can provide regular support and preferably work with us on a long-term basis.
