How-To Video Creator Needed - Screen-Recorded Tutorials with Voice-Over and On-Screen Text for 3 Web Platforms

We are looking for a video creator to produce a series of short "How To" tutorial videos for three of our web platforms. Each video walks a new user through a task on the site step by step, using screen recordings of the live site, a voice-over and clear on-screen text.

PLATFORMS AND TOPICS
1. Santa's Christmas Memories (booking platform for professional Santas): how to set up your Santa profile, how to update your profile, and other key functions in the Santa control panel (bookings, availability, messages).
2. Leasorium (property management for landlords): how to set up your properties, and how to add and set up units.
3. HomeProjectWeave (connects homeowners, contractors and subcontractors): how a contractor posts a project, the hiring steps (reviewing bids, hiring a subcontractor), contracts, setting up schedules and the rest of the project workflow.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Record clean, high-resolution screen captures of each step (we provide test logins and a written script/outline for each video)
- Add a clear, friendly voice-over in US English
- Add on-screen text: step titles, callouts, highlights and zoom-ins on buttons and fields
- Simple branded intro/outro using each platform's logo and colors (we provide them)
- Keep each video tight, typically 1 to 4 minutes
- Deliver MP4 (1080p) plus caption files (SRT); one round of revisions per video

KEEPING COSTS DOWN (please quote this way)
- Build ONE reusable template per brand (intro/outro, text styles, callouts), then reuse it for every video
- AI voice-over (for example ElevenLabs) is fine; please quote with AI voice, and human voice as an option
- We supply the script and test logins, so no writing time is needed
- Quote a per-video price for a batch of 5 videos
- Simple, clean edits only (cuts, zooms, text callouts); no custom animation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Portfolio of software/SaaS tutorial videos (please include links)
- Strong screen recording and editing skills (Camtasia, ScreenFlow, Premiere, After Effects or similar)
- Good communication and on-time delivery

TO APPLY, PLEASE INCLUDE
- 2 or 3 links to tutorial videos you have made
- A voice-over sample (AI or human)
- Your price per video (1 to 4 minutes) for a batch of 5, and your turnaround time
- The tools you use

We will start with a first batch of about 5 videos for one platform, then continue with the rest once the first batch is approved.

IMPORTANT: SAMPLES OF YOUR PRIOR WORK ARE REQUIRED
Your bid must include links to samples of tutorial / how-to videos you have actually made before. Generic or copy-and-paste proposals without work samples will not be considered.
