My interior walls, floors, and ceilings are all drywall, and lately I have noticed odd discoloration or stains in several rooms along with some persistent health symptoms among the adults in the household. I strongly suspect that a toxic substance may be present on—or within—these surfaces and I need conclusive answers.

I am looking for a qualified environmental or industrial hygienist who can come on-site, take the appropriate samples, have them analyzed by an accredited laboratory, and then translate the lab data into a clear, practical action plan. I do not have pets or young children, but I still want the space made completely safe.

Please arrive prepared to decide which combination of wipe, bulk, air, or dust sampling is best for drywall finishes and the age of the home. Once results come back, I need a written report that:

• Identifies any toxins, their concentration, and likely sources
• Explains health implications in plain language
• Outlines step-by-step remediation procedures (including recommended products, containment methods, and any specialist trades that should be involved)
• Specifies follow-up testing to confirm the fix

I will provide full access to every room and any prior renovation history I have. Scheduling is flexible, but I would like the initial visit completed within the next two weeks.
