House Renovation Plans for Builder Quotes

we have a small single-storey house, 2 bedrooms, brick, tiled pitched roof. fairly old. the kitchen is a small separate room at the back and there's a small dining room next to it, also at the back. you get to both from the living room and the hall.

what we want to change:

take out the wall between the kitchen and the dining room so it's one room
open up the wall between the living room and the kitchen side, so it's not closed off
the dining room window to become a door out to the garden
a new kitchen layout in the bigger room
we're getting builder quotes and i need proper drawings so they all price the same thing. might also show them to the planning office if they have questions, but nothing official for now, i don't need anything stamped.

i can measure the house myself if you tell me what to measure.

What I need

floor plan of the house as it is now
floor plan of what we want, showing which walls come out and what's new
front and garden side elevations
one section through the living room / kitchen
everything to scale, metric
PDF to print and send to builders, plus a CAD file (builder asked for one)
builder wants to come round soon so i'd like to get going.
