House Construction Drawings in ArchiCAD

I will do a house renovation and already have the design worked out at concept level and now need a full construction-ready drawing package produced entirely in ArchiCAD or Autocad. I’m looking for a freelancer who can translate my model and notes into coordinated Architectural, Structural and MEP sheets that a local contractor can build from and the authorities can approve without extra back-and-forth.

The scope covers everything normally expected at the construction-drawing stage: fully dimensioned plans, elevations, sections, schedules, structural framing, isolation, and foundation details, plus mechanical, electrical and plumbing layouts with legends. All information should sit on clean, well-organised ArchiCAD layers and use an editable template so future revisions remain straightforward.

Deliverables I expect
• ArchiCAD or Autocad file with tidy attributes
• PDF set ready for printing and permit submission
