Hotel OTA Payment Reconciliation AI Agent

I need an AI-driven workflow that reconciles monthly OTA invoices against the transactions recorded in our Synixis PMS. The agent must pull statements from eight different OTAs—Airbnb and Expedia are the two priority examples—and cross-check every reservation, fee and payout. When the system detects a mismatch or a missing payment it should immediately:

• Generate a clear, actionable alert for hotel management
• Attempt to process or trigger the outstanding payment through the OTA’s available interface or API

The solution has to run autonomously each month, yet allow on-demand execution for spot checks. Clean logging, an easy-to-read dashboard and the option to add more OTAs later are important.

Please deliver a working prototype connected to Synixis, complete source code, and brief deployment instructions so my in-house tech team can run and maintain it going forward.
