Title: Web Research: Find 500 Hotels on Booking.com with 4-6.5 Star Ratings (Lead Generation)
Project Description:
I am looking for an accurate and detail-oriented data researcher to find 500 distinct hotels listed on Booking.com that currently have a guest review rating between 4.0 and 6.5. Scope of Work:
1. Search Booking.com across this specific region i will provide.
2. Identify hotels matching the low-rating criteria.
3. Find the direct contact details of the hotel (not the Booking.com messaging link).
4. Deliver the data in a clean Google Sheet or Excel file.
Instruction 1: Focus only on independent hotels, motels, and B&Bs. Do not include major international chains like Marriott, Holiday Inn, Ibis, or Premier Inn." (Chains handle ORM at a corporate level; you cannot pitch to them).
Instruction 2: Search within this specific tourist regions • Florida: Coastal regions (Daytona Beach, Panama City Beach, Florida Keys, Clear Water) and Orlando vacation zones.
California: Pacific Coast Highway towns (Monterey, Pismo Beach, Santa Barbara) and the Palm Springs resort area.
The East Coast Hubs: Ocean City (Maryland), Myrtle Beach (South Carolina), Wildwood (New Jersey), and Cape Cod (Massachusetts).
Freelancer Note: Filter out major city downtown areas to avoid corporate-owned skyscrapers.
