What we need from the ai workflow: at end of every day at 7:00 am (which is the same time the night audit report is issued and aiosell pms start considering it the next day) the ai scans all conversation and comments in the inbox and prepares the following:
- creates a daily updated list of leads. (The list is the same file that is updated daily and not a new file daily. And is saved in a place that is not available for anyone except me)
- the lead file contain the following: name, last name, phone number, insta account, facebook account, tiktok account, email, country, preset interest category, and the status: to be followed up, unsucceful (with preset category reasons why closed), undetermined, and succesful.
- preapre weekly and monthly analysis on the response time of receptionists and their performance metrics (to be defined. Ask ai to recommend and check what are the ones done by respond io) and sent to 3 people.
- identify list of previous day conversation that should be followed up and send to 3 people daily at 8:00 am
- check comments on insta, facebook and tiktok and avise what should be followed up, flag what is inappropriate to delete. And send dialu at 8:00 am to 3 people
The ai checks booking.com, google and tripadvisor serab residencia page daily to:
- check reviews on google, booking.com and tripadvisor daily. and give report showing all new comments and reviews. And send report daily to amal, hoda and me.
Create an agent to check WEEKLY hospitality industry metrics in terms of performance, their prices, their social media campaigns and their offers in jounieh and surrounding area that are a direct competion to serab and make recommendations on the competition what the are doing and what we can do to increase ADR and increase occupancy based on these metrics. And the agent has also access to check the occupancy in aiosell pms to use this additional date with competition data to make the recommendations
In the case of weekly competion report let the agent figure out the best way to collect the data on his own and ask him if he needs additional subscriptions access. And aks him to define the competition. The workflows and agent should work on serab ai subscription. Recommend the best option to subscribe
