I run a portfolio of vacation rentals on Hostaway and want every reservation event to flow automatically into my TTLocks smart locks. The objective is simple: as soon as a booking is confirmed, modified, or checked out in Hostaway, the corresponding lock code on each door should be created, updated, or removed without any manual intervention.

Scope of automation
• Generate a unique, time-bound lock code for every new reservation.
• Modify that code instantly if the stay dates or unit assignment changes.
• Deactivate the code the moment the guest checks out.

Technical expectations
The solution can sit as a small middleware service—Webhook → Hostaway API → TTLocks API—written in the language and framework you prefer, as long as it is reliable and well documented. I already have API credentials for both platforms and will supply them once we start. Please design the workflow so additional properties or locks can be added later with minimal effort.

Deliverables
1. Source code and deployment instructions (Docker-ready or similar).
2. A brief README covering setup, configuration, and how to extend for new units.
3. End-to-end test proving the three automation scenarios above.
4. A short hand-off call or video walkthrough to ensure I can operate and maintain the integration.

Acceptance criteria
– A new reservation in Hostaway triggers a working TTLocks code valid only for the exact stay window.
– Reservation edits reflect on the lock within one minute.
– Checkout instantly renders the code unusable.
– No duplicate or orphaned codes remain in TTLocks after testing.
