I’m developing the kitchen, bar, and back-of-house service areas for a new hospitality venue and need a designer who can move the concept from rough sketches to build-ready documentation. The assignment centres on three core outputs: photorealistic 3D renderings that capture lighting, finishes, and equipment placement; a fully itemised finish schedule; and dimensionally accurate layout drawings suitable for contractors and health-code review.
You may work in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max, or a comparable professional toolset, as long as the final files arrive in editable DWG (or RVT) plus high-resolution images and PDFs. Accuracy is critical—the plans must align with real-world equipment sizes and local clearance requirements for commercial kitchens.
Deliverables
• Four (4) high-resolution perspective renders covering the cook line, prep zone, bar front, and service corridor
• Complete finish & fixture schedule (materials, codes, supplier references)
• Scaled floor plan, reflected ceiling plan, and two key elevations with dimensions and annotations
• Source files (DWG/RVT) and image assets
I’ll shortlist based on the strength of your detailed project proposal, so outline your workflow, milestones, and estimated turnaround clearly. If your portfolio shows similar hospitality back-of-house work, be sure to point me to it. I’m ready to begin as soon as I find the right fit and will provide prompt feedback on each draft.
