Hospitality Candidate Sourcing Assistant Needed

I need support locating and screening people who already know the hospitality, vacation-rental or Airbnb world for an open Co-Listing Agent position in my short-term rental business. Your day-to-day work will revolve around three core tasks:

• Sourcing talent on the channels that work best for this niche—job boards, social media and the usual industry-specific forums.
• Reviewing their profiles to confirm their background really is tied to hospitality, vacation rental or Airbnb operations.
• Reaching out with a clear overview of the role, asking a short set of qualifying questions and collecting their CV plus any other relevant details so I can evaluate them internally.

Strong communication skills, solid attention to detail and a customer-service mindset are critical because you will often be the first point of contact candidates have with our brand. If you have previously worked in customer service, administration, sales, online research or any role that required structured follow-through, you will feel at home here; recruiting experience is a bonus but absolutely not required.

I will provide a simple step-by-step process, message templates and a tracking sheet. As long as you are reliable, comfortable following that structure and able to keep accurate notes on each conversation, we will work well together.
