## Freelancer Project: Hong Kong Company Registration & Corporate Setup Support

We are looking for an experienced **Hong Kong corporate services professional / company formation specialist** to assist us with establishing a company in **Hong Kong**.

### Scope of Work

The selected freelancer/consultant should be able to support us with:

* Delivery of the complete corporate document pack after incorporation

**2. Foreign Shareholder & Director Support**

* The company is expected to have **non-Hong Kong shareholders/directors**
* Confirm whether a local director is required
* Advise on identification, KYC, notarisation, certification or apostille requirements
* Support remote incorporation without requiring shareholders/directors to travel to Hong Kong, where possible

**3. Company Secretary & Registered Address**

* Provide or arrange the mandatory Hong Kong Company Secretary
