Our home-service crew succeeds when every enquiry turns into a clearly-scheduled appointment, so I need you to own our front-line communication. The first priority is answering incoming phone calls and SMS—quickly, courteously, and with enough product knowledge to qualify each request, quote our basic pricing, and collect photos when required. From there you’ll jump straight into our custom-built CRM, update notes and lead status, and lock in a time on the calendar.

Most of your day will revolve around three channels: phone calls, SMS, and the occasional follow-up email. While doing so you’ll coordinate technician routes, juggle last-minute changes, and keep me fully briefed on job pipelines. Strong English, a natural sales touch, and the ability to multitask inside web-based tools are essential; call-center, appointment-setting, or dispatch experience will make you instantly effective.

Deliverables I’ll be reviewing:
• Same-day call & SMS response logs
• Confirmed estimate or job bookings entered in the CRM
• Lead status updates with notes and next-step dates

I measure success by how many qualified enquiries become booked jobs and how accurately the schedule reflects reality. If you thrive on fast communication and organized follow-through, let’s get started.
