I’m expanding the NexWave Networks field team and need reliable hands-on support for both residential and commercial projects. On any given day you might be mounting and configuring Hikvision-style CCTV cameras with their NVRs, terminating and testing Cat-6 runs for Wi-Fi access points, or bringing a client’s smart touch panel and lighting scenes online.

Your core responsibilities revolve around three pillars: installing and configuring security systems, setting up networking equipment, and rolling out smart-home solutions. That means you should already feel comfortable working with CCTV/NVR stacks, Wi-Fi routers, managed switches, video door phones, IP intercoms, access-control readers and the cabling that ties it all together. When something refuses to talk on the network, you’ll diagnose, re-crimp, re-flash or re-address until it does.

I’ll supply site drawings, hardware and initial orientation; you bring your own basic tool kit, laptop and a customer-first attitude. Each assignment ends with a clean install, labeled cabling, a passed cable-test report and a short configuration file or screenshot pack so our help-desk can provide seamless after-sales support.
