I am preparing to launch a mid-scale boutique hotel in Hong Kong and need an experienced research partner who can give me a clear, data-driven picture of local labour costs. The assignment is twofold: first, a current salary survey covering all key hotel roles—front-office, housekeeping, F&B frontline; departmental supervisors, managers and operations leaders; plus finance, HR, sales and other support functions. Second, I require a fully built labour-cost model that converts those pay benchmarks into total employment cost per position, reflecting Hong Kong regulations and prevailing industry practice.

Your cost model must factor in:
• base salary, service charge distribution, bonuses and allowances
• MPF contributions, medical insurance and all statutory benefits
• recurring operating items such as recruitment fees, onboarding and training, uniforms, staff meals and related incidentals

I will be using the outputs to finalise my P&L, so the numbers must be well-sourced (government data, industry reports, or verified proprietary surveys) and presented in editable Excel with clear assumptions. A concise slide deck summarising findings for investors would be appreciated.

If you have recent hotel-sector survey experience in Hong Kong and can deliver within four weeks, let’s discuss your approach and sample work.
