Historical Handwritten Logs Transcription

Hi, I require the services of someone with the ability to transcribe historical handwritten logs into a spreadsheet. Right now, I'm just defining costs, accuracy, and feasibility. Keep in mind that I'm exploring my options for a prospective bulk project. This test will pay exclusively $10, offers above that won't be considered.
Once you send your proposal, I'll share an image with you. I'd like to know the cost per page and the type of tool(s) you're using to perform the transcription. I'd also like the transcript corresponding to the sample page and the time it took you to complete it.
If the accuracy and efficiency go beyond what I'm able to achieve with my own tools, I will select you and send another page (This will happen after I check all the samples that are sent to me). I will then pay the value assigned to this project ($10) for both pages that you delivered as a sample and keep your bulk offer in mind if the full project ends up happening.
Looking forward to your proposals.
