I have about fifteen pages of lecture notes in .docx format plus several high-resolution photos of our County Courthouse. I need these assets transformed into a 20–25 page study guide that students can easily read, annotate, and keep in a three-ring binder.

Layout & look
• Two-column body text set in a clear, legible serif or humanist font
• Informative yet engaging tone preserved from my original copy, with logical section headings and sub-headings
• Traditional, classic cover design that features a prominent photo of the Courthouse, a strong title, and a short subtitle or tagline
• Full table of contents generated from the final hierarchy
• Relevant images placed near matching sections with thoughtful captions

Output & files
Please deliver a print-ready PDF (U.S. Letter, CMYK, 0.125" bleeds) along with the packaged working files—InDesign preferred, but an equivalent professional layout tool is fine—so I can update or expand the guide in the future.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. Clean, error-free layout that matches the brief
2. All fonts and linked images supplied in the package
3. PDF passes pre-flight for commercial printing without warnings

If you have a portfolio piece that shows similar heritage or educational material, that would help me gauge fit.
