Historic QBO Inventory Reconciliation

My QuickBooks Online file has drifted out of alignment and I need it brought back to a solid, dependable baseline. Quantity mismatches, valuation errors, and outright missing entries have accumulated over several periods, and my priority now is to correct those past errors so current-day reporting is trustworthy again.

You’ll have direct access to the QBO company file and any supporting documents I can supply (bank statements, purchase orders, stock counts, etc.). I expect you to trace discrepancies to their source, enter the required adjustments, and document every change so I can see exactly what moved, why it moved, and on which date.

Deliverables
• Fully reconciled inventory ledger in QuickBooks Online covering all historical periods in question
• Adjustment journal entries posted and properly referenced
• A concise reconciliation report outlining each correction, the reasoning, and its impact on quantity and value
• Brief recommendations to prevent the same issues from resurfacing
