Hiring Multiple Online Surveyors / Interviewers for Platform-Based Research

Project Overview:
We are seeking to hire multiple remote Online Surveyors to join our market research team. Your main responsibility will be to connect with a specific, pre-determined list of individuals on an online platform/website and conduct structured user experience and consumer behavior surveys with them.
This is a purely online role. No phone calls or cold calling are required. All interactions, interviews, and data collection will take place digitally through the designated platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to specific individuals/users on the assigned online platform.
• Conduct online interviews and surveys following our provided guidelines and script.
• Gather accurate, high-quality qualitative feedback regarding e-commerce user experiences.
• Record and organize all collected responses into a shared spreadsheet (Google Sheets).
Requirements:
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Reliable internet connection and familiarity with online collaboration tools.
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a polite, professional, and engaging tone.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer support, online research, or data entry is a strong plus.
