Hire Accountant, Production Manager & Coordinator - Recruitment Support

My MSME in Delhi is entering a growth phase and we are looking to fill three crucial positions:

1. Accountant: 5-7 years of experience in accounts.
2. Production Manager: Minimum 10 years of experience.
3. Coordinator: 1-2 years of experience.

We need comprehensive recruitment support for these roles—from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing talent through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, or other channels targeting Delhi-based professionals.
• Screening résumés for relevant depth in accounting and administrative expertise as well as industry-relevant production management experience.
• Conducting initial interviews to assess skills, attitude, and availability.
• Creating a concise shortlist and assisting with final interview scheduling and negotiations.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. Placement of three candidates meeting the above requirements.
2. All candidates ready for full-time on-site work at our Delhi office.
3. Complete handover of candidate documentation.
