I have 15,000 PDF documents whose filenames are still the raw genetic ID numbers exported from our previous EHR. Each genetic ID is tied to the correct patient through the account-number field in that legacy system, so you will receive a data extract that lets you resolve “ID → account number → patient name.”

What I need within 24–48 hours of kickoff: every file renamed to the patient name only (e.g., “JaneDoe.pdf”) and placed inside a newly created folder that carries that same patient name. The final structure will be a single top-level directory containing 15,000 patient-named folders, each holding its matching, newly renamed PDF.

Because these documents are protected health information, a Business Associate Agreement is mandatory before you touch any data. You must already work in a HIPAA-compliant environment with encrypted local storage or an equivalent secure workflow.

Deliverables
• Signed BAA
• 15,000 renamed PDFs using patient name only
• 15,000 corresponding folders named identically to the files
• Completion report listing total files processed, any mismatches, and checksum or hash verification of your output

Please outline the tools or scripting language you plan to use—Python, PowerShell, Bash, bulk-rename utilities, etc.—and your strategy for double-checking accuracy so we meet the tight 48-hour window.
