Hinglish Stock Research Webinar Script Writer + Audio Generation & QA
We are looking for a high-quality Hinglish script writer to work on long-form stock research and investment education webinars.
This is not a generic content-writing role.
The person will be responsible for taking detailed research material and converting it into a natural, engaging, easy-to-understand Hinglish narration script, checking the script carefully, generating audio using our provided tools/workflow, and then reviewing the generated audio to ensure it is accurate and presentation-ready.
We will provide sample scripts, sample audio, research material, and the desired writing style that must be followed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Convert Research into Hinglish Webinar Scripts
You will receive detailed research covering areas such as:
Company business model
Industry and sector analysis
Financial performance
Revenue and profitability
Management commentary
Capex and expansion plans
Growth triggers
Competitive advantages
Risks
Valuations
Investment thesis
Company-specific developments
Your job will be to convert this research into a smooth webinar narration, rather than simply copying research points.
The script should sound like a knowledgeable analyst explaining a company to investors.
2. Write Natural Hinglish
Our preferred style is:
Hindi narration + commonly used English financial/business terminology.
For example, terms such as:
Revenue, EBITDA, PAT, ROCE, ROE, Capex, Order Book, Margins, Working Capital, Guidance, Valuation, Business Model, Growth Trigger, Risk, Management Commentary, etc.
should normally remain in English.
The Hindi portion should sound natural when spoken, not like formal textbook Hindi or a literal translation from English.
3. Maintain Accuracy
Financial accuracy is extremely important.
The writer must ensure that:
Numbers are correctly reproduced
Percentages are correct
Company names are correct
Financial terminology is used correctly
Important qualifications/caveats are not removed
The meaning of management commentary is not changed
Research conclusions are not exaggerated
You should be comfortable working with financial and stock-market research.
4. Proofread the Final Script
Before audio generation, you will be responsible for checking the complete script for:
Grammar
Sentence flow
Repetition
Missing information
Incorrect numbers
Difficult-to-pronounce sentences
Awkward Hinglish
Incorrect company/product names
Unnecessary complexity
The final script should be ready for professional narration.
5. Generate Audio
After the script is approved, you will generate the audio using the AI voice/audio generation workflow provided by us.
Training will be provided for the workflow.
6. Audio Quality Check
You must listen to the generated audio carefully and make sure:
Every sentence has been spoken
Numbers are pronounced correctly
Company names are pronounced correctly
Financial terminology is pronounced correctly
No words or sentences are skipped
There are no strange pauses
There are no duplicate sentences
Audio pacing sounds natural
Tone remains professional
Pronunciation is consistent
Audio matches the approved script
If there is an error, you will need to correct the script/audio and regenerate the affected section.
The final responsibility is not simply to generate the audio—it is to ensure the audio is correct and ready for publishing.
Who We Are Looking For
You should ideally have:
Excellent command of Hindi and English
Strong Hinglish writing ability
Understanding of the Indian stock market
Basic understanding of financial statements and investment terminology
Ability to understand detailed company research
Strong proofreading skills
Very high attention to detail
Ability to listen to long-form audio carefully
Ability to identify pronunciation and numerical errors
Comfortable working with AI tools
Ability to follow an established writing format consistently
Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:
Equity research
Financial content writing
Stock-market YouTube channels
Investment newsletters
Financial journalism
Research report writing
Long-form YouTube/webinar script writing
Important: This Is NOT a Generic AI Content-Writing Job
We do not want someone who simply pastes research into ChatGPT and submits the output.
AI tools can be used, but you are responsible for the final quality and accuracy.
You must personally review:
Research → Script → Final Script → Generated Audio → Final Audio QC
Attention to detail is one of the most important requirements for this role.
Writing Style
The webinar narration should be:
Conversational
Research-driven
Calm and authoritative
Easy for Indian investors to understand
Professional but not overly formal
Structured like a story
Suitable for long-form webinars
Free from unnecessary hype
We will provide a reference script and reference audio. Your work should closely match that standard.
Expected Work
This can become a long-term ongoing engagement.
We regularly create research content covering multiple listed Indian companies, sectors and investment themes.
Projects can involve substantial long-form scripts, so we prefer someone who is comfortable working on detailed content rather than only short videos or reels.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be given:
A small research sample
Our reference script/style
A short section to convert into Hinglish
We will evaluate:
Financial understanding
Hinglish quality
Accuracy
Narration flow
Ability to simplify complex concepts
Attention to detail
Candidates who perform well may then be given a small audio-generation and audio-QC test.
