I run a fast-growing YouTube channel built around light-hearted, family-friendly humour and I’m ready to hand over the pen to a gifted comedy writer who can think in pure Hindi or effortless Hinglish.
Here’s what I’m after. Each video runs 3–5 minutes, so the script must kick off quickly, set up a middle-class, instantly relatable situation, and pay it off with crisp punchlines and a memorable callback before the outro hits. I love wordplay, rhyming punches, double-meaning puns and unexpected comebacks, but they must sound like real people talking—never like a stand-up routine pasted onto dialogue.
I’ll pass you a seed idea or a rough conversation; you’ll expand it into a scene with clearly defined characters, a natural back-and-forth rhythm and a classic setup → build-up → punchline structure. Every line should feel shareable, quote-worthy and safe for all ages to watch at home.
Deliverables (per episode)
• A fully formatted script in Google Docs or Final Draft, 3–5 minutes long
• Character notes and suggested props/locations if they serve the gag
• One optional alt-ending or extra tag for later callbacks
Acceptance Criteria
• Hinglish/Hindi dialogue that reads like real conversation
• At least three strong punchlines plus one callback
• No profanity or adult themes—keep it family friendly
• Read-through time must land between 3:00 and 5:00 minutes
If you live and breathe Indian internet comedy, understand timing, and can turn chai-stall chatter into viral laughs, I’d love to read a one-page sample in your reply.
