We are looking for a talented Thumbnail Designer to create eye-catching and engaging thumbnails for our Hindi YouTube channel. The channel covers General Knowledge (GK), trending topics, controversial issues, and current headlines, targeting an audience around 30 years of age.
Responsibilities:
Design visually appealing and click-worthy thumbnails for our videos.
Ensure that thumbnails align with the channel's theme, audience, and content.
Incorporate relevant visuals, text, and design elements to maximize click-through rates (CTR).
Work closely with the team to understand video topics and key messages.
Requirements:
Proven experience in creating YouTube thumbnails.
Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
Creative mindset with an understanding of YouTube trends and best practices.
Ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
