Hindi Novel Text Extraction

I have several complete Hindi novels saved as PDF files and I need the full content copied into clean, UTF-8 plain-text files. No formatting, fonts, headings, or styling—just the continuous text exactly as it appears in the originals. Every section stays: prologues, epilogues, and all chapters in order.

Your task
• Open each PDF and copy or OCR the text.
• Strip out page numbers, headers, footers, and stray line breaks that split sentences.
• Preserve natural paragraph breaks and all original punctuation, diacritics, and dialogue markers.
• Supply one .txt file per novel, named after the book title.

Accuracy matters more than speed, but let me know roughly how many pages you can reliably process each day. I’ll ask for a short two-page sample so I can check fidelity before moving forward with the full batch.

If you’ve worked with Hindi text extraction before, mention any tools or techniques you prefer (Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, Google Docs OCR, etc.). Looking forward to getting these novels ready for further editing and analysis.
