I publish Hindi-language documentary videos that run between 10 – 20 minutes and I want each episode to feel like a cinematic journey through time. To make that happen, I’m looking for a researcher-cum-scriptwriter who can dig into primary and secondary sources, uncover surprising angles, and transform the findings into a tight, engaging script that flows naturally for voice-over.
The channel tackles every era—ancient civilisations, medieval kingdoms, and modern history—so you’ll need the curiosity to switch centuries without losing factual accuracy. I care about solid references: archive materials, academic papers, newspaper clippings, or credible books in either Hindi or English. Every fact you include must be verifiable, and citations should be noted in a separate section.
Here’s what I expect for each episode:
• A brief outline with your proposed narrative arc and key talking points
• A full Hindi script (≈2,200–2,800 words) written for spoken delivery, complete with scene cues, on-screen text suggestions, and emotional beats to keep viewers hooked
• A source list with page numbers or direct links
If you already have experience crafting documentary storytelling on YouTube, especially in Hindi, let me see a sample. Otherwise, send over a short test paragraph on any historical topic you love so I can gauge tone and depth. Looking forward to creating compelling, fact-driven stories together.
