Hindi–English Contract Translation

I have a set of legally binding contracts that must read as if they were originally drafted in both Hindi and English. Accuracy in legal terminology and preservation of intent are critical because the documents will be signed by stakeholders in India and abroad. The work involves translating clauses, schedules, and any accompanying notes in either direction—Hindi to English and English to Hindi—while keeping formatting intact for easy comparison.

Please have proven experience with contract translation and be fully comfortable with confidentiality requirements. If you rely on CAT tools such as Trados or MemoQ, that is fine, but every line must still receive a human legal-sense check.
