Hindi Cartoon Animation Video Creation

I have a complete script for a 4–5 minute episode that needs to be brought to life in a clean, modern 2D style. The goal is a fully finished HD file I can upload straight to my YouTube channel, so every element—from the first pencil-test to the final sound mix—has to be handled in-house.

Scope of work
• Design and animate expressive cartoon characters that converse naturally, with accurate lip-sync to Hindi dialogue.
• Record and mix distinct Hindi voice-overs for each speaking role (male, female, or child tones as required).
• Add background music and spot sound effects that fit the scene’s mood without triggering copyright flags.
• Edit, composite, and color-grade the footage so the pacing and transitions feel broadcast-ready.
• Deliver a final HD (1920×1080) MP4 suitable for direct upload, plus separate audio stems if available.

Acceptance criteria
The animation must run 4–5 minutes, play smoothly at 24 fps, display clean line work in the modern 2D style, match lip movements to dialogue throughout, and include balanced audio that meets YouTube loudness norms.
