High-Volume SIM SMS Blasts -- 2

I need to push more than 50,000 marketing SMS every day, Monday through Friday, and every single message must leave through an actual SIM on a GSM network—no online or grey gateways of any kind. The full recipient list is already cleaned and waiting in CSV; the text content is prepared and may include a few merge fields like name or coupon code that you will populate before send-off.

You should already operate a modem or SIM bank large enough to reach roughly 12-15 k messages per hour, with automatic SIM rotation to avoid throttling or blacklisting. Accurate delivery receipts are essential so I can track campaign performance and handle any failed numbers.

Deliverables
• Daily proof-of-send file (MSISDN, timestamp, DLR status)
• End-of-week performance summary (delivered / failed / blocked)
• Written confirmation that all my data has been securely deleted after each cycle
