High-Strength Nylon Bike Pulley

I need a double pulley for a bike printed with nylon. The pulley diameter is less than 2 inches, and it needs to be high strength. The double pulley is designed to adjust a cable pull length. This a prototype so several rounds (trial and error) may be needed as the length of pull measurements are not exact.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with 3D printing using nylon
- Knowledge of designing high-strength components
- Familiarity with bike pulley systems
