My high-school son in Aurora, Ontario needs steady, in-person support in Physics, Biology, and Chemistry. He is working at an intermediate level and wants to strengthen both his conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills for classroom assignments, labs, and upcoming tests.
Sessions must take place on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, the only windows he currently has free. We can meet at our home or another convenient public location in Aurora if that helps.
A good fit will be someone who:
• Explains ideas patiently and can adapt methods across the three subjects
• Brings along practice questions or short demonstrations that reinforce classroom material
• Tracks his progress from week to week and adjusts focus areas as needed
If you’re confident mentoring high-school science face-to-face within those mid-week time slots, please let me know your teaching background and typical approach so we can arrange the first lesson.
