High-Res Logo Re-creation

I have a low-resolution copy of my logo and need it rebuilt from the ground up as a crisp, fully scalable vector. The main reason is future-proofing: I want to be able to open, tweak, recolour, and resize the artwork in both CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator without any loss of quality.

Please reproduce every element exactly—shapes, colours, gradients, text, spacing—so the finished piece is indistinguishable from the original aside from the improved resolution. Deliver the final files in both .cdr and .ai formats (an optional press-ready PDF or EPS is welcome, but not required).

Time is important, so an ASAP turnaround is essential. Once I confirm the match is perfect and the files open cleanly in each program, the project is complete.
