High-Res Billboard Recreation for Holiday Lighting

Job Title: Recreate Existing Billboard – High-Resolution, Print-Ready Design

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to recreate our existing Evermist holiday lighting billboard as closely as possible, using high-resolution imagery and professional print-ready graphics.

This is NOT a redesign. We want the same layout, colors, logo, text, and overall appearance, but with significantly improved image quality suitable for large-format billboard printing.

Our current AI-generated house image becomes pixelated when enlarged. The designer must source a similar high-resolution stock photograph or professionally recreate the image to meet printing requirements.

Billboard Specifications:

Final trim: 25'6" W × 13'3" H

Safe live area: 24'6" W × 12'3" H

Resolution: 300 DPI at half scale

Format: High-resolution PDF

Include crop marks and 1" bleed

All text and logos must remain sharp and preferably vector-based.

Deliverables:

Print-ready, high-resolution PDF

Fully editable Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop source file

High-resolution house image with appropriate commercial licensing

JPG/PNG proof for approval

We will provide the existing billboard design, original Evermist logo, and printer specifications.

Please confirm your experience with large-format billboard production, how you will address the image resolution, estimated turnaround time, and total project cost.

The final artwork must meet the printer's specifications and be approved for production.
