High-Impact YouTube Thumbnail Design

I run a growing YouTube channel and need a creative partner who can turn each new video into a scroll-stopping thumbnail that drives more clicks and views. Clean design anchored by a strong photo is my preferred style, but I still want room for the occasional bold experiment when the topic calls for it.

Most of the work will centre on thumbnails, yet I also have regular needs for HD photo edits, background removal, and the odd banner or poster, so versatility in Photoshop or similar tools is important. Fast turnaround matters to me, but never at the expense of crisp, professional quality.

Deliverables for each thumbnail
• Two or more concept options that follow YouTube’s 1280 × 720 guideline and stay under 2 MB
• Final layered PSD/AI plus a ready-to-upload JPG or PNG
• Fonts and images either licence-free or properly licensed

When background changes or photo retouching are involved, I expect a natural look at full resolution (HD or higher). All final images should be sharp, color-balanced, and free of artifacts.
