My husband and I run a family-owned, boutique construction firm that delivers luxury residential projects, and I want our online presence to start working as hard as our on-site teams do. Over the next four weeks I need someone who can take full ownership of our day-to-day content pipeline so we attract a steady stream of new client enquiries and a place for us to showcase our projects to potential clients.

Here’s what that looks like:

• Planning and drafting engaging stories around our completed builds, current sites, and craft-focused process
• Editing photos and short portrait-style videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok, then scheduling them alongside concise, on-brand copy
• Refreshing the portfolio section of our website and keeping news or blog posts current
• Monitoring comments and DMs, responding in a friendly, professional voice, and flagging genuine leads to me quickly
• Tracking basic metrics so we can see which pieces draw the most enquiries and refining the calendar accordingly

You’ll have creative freedom, but the tone must stay consistent with a high-end, family-run brand—think polished yet personable. If you’ve handled social media for architects, interior designers, luxury trades, or similar, I’m especially interested.
