I need a complete set of marketing-ready visuals for a new twelve-home subdivision. You are free to work in Blender, 3ds Max or any other professional arch-viz package, as long as the final imagery is photorealistic and true to the architectural drawings and site plan I will supply.
Scope
The bird’s-eye perspective must be highly detailed, showing each individual house with its driveways, walks, landscape beds, trees and surrounding streets so a buyer instantly understands the overall setting. Two distinct house types are in the mix and both require fully furnished interior shots as well as landscaped, color-correct exterior renders. I will provide the exact Hardie ColorPlus stock shades; every elevation should carry those colors, white trim throughout, plus brick accents exactly where the plans indicate.
Deliverables
• 1 high-resolution bird’s-eye render of the entire subdivision
• Exterior day renders for each of the 2 house types (front, rear and a 45° hero angle)
• Interior renders for key spaces in both types (kitchen, living, primary suite)
• Native 3D files and texture libraries for future edits
All geometry must match the supplied architectural sheets to the inch, including roof pitches, window schedules and site grading. Landscaped elements should follow the site plan species list; where a plant is unspecified, use region-appropriate greenery that photographs well.
I’m looking for clean lighting, realistic materials and subtle post-production—think Corona or V-Ray quality—and a turnaround schedule we can lock in by milestone. If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s discuss timing and any questions about the drawings before you start modeling.
