I need a turnkey SMTP environment that can reliably push out at least 3,000 marketing newsletters every day and place roughly 90 % of them straight into the inbox. I want to stick with the traditional SMTP protocol and have robust email-tracking and analytics baked in so I can measure opens, clicks, and overall sender reputation in real time.
Here is what I expect at completion:
• A fully configured mail server (Postfix, Exim, PowerMTA, or a similarly proven stack) with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC aligned for maximum trust.
• Dedicated IP and proper warm-up guidance so the first sends maintain deliverability.
• Tracking links, open-pixel reporting, and a simple dashboard or direct log access for analytics.
• Bounce processing that feeds back into the analytics so I can suppress bad addresses quickly.
• Clear, step-by-step documentation on how to add new domains, throttle traffic, and scale beyond 3 k messages if needed.
• A brief validation run together—once I see 90 % inbox placement on a test batch, the project is done.
If this sounds like your wheelhouse, outline the stack you prefer, the timeline to go live, and any sender-reputation tools you include.
