Healthcare Practice Remote IT Management

I run a small, fast-growing healthcare practice and need a reliable partner to take full ownership of our IT environment on a monthly, ongoing basis.

The core of the role revolves around Microsoft 365 and Azul security. On Microsoft 365 you will handle day-to-day user management—adding, removing and modifying accounts—as well as the routine upkeep: patches, feature releases and proactive monitoring to keep every mailbox, SharePoint library and Teams workspace running smoothly.

On the security side, we rely on Azul. You will configure and continuously refine its threat-detection and response capabilities, keep compliance reporting current, and maintain security policies so we stay audit-ready at all times.

Because we handle protected health information, you must sign a Business Associate Agreement before work begins. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable acting as the single point of contact for all IT matters; if additional needs arise (for example future network infrastructure work) I’d prefer to keep them under the same umbrella rather than bring in another vendor.

Deliverables each month
• Microsoft 365 tenant fully updated, with all user changes actioned within agreed SLAs
• Azul console showing zero critical alerts, with threat-response playbooks documented
• Monthly compliance report exported and filed for audit purposes
• Brief status summary delivered to me highlighting completed work, issues addressed and upcoming recommendations
