Happy Hour Poster and Social Media Campaign for a Hospitality venue

We are looking for a creative graphic designer to develop a polished Happy Hour promotional campaign for our hospitality venue, Tropic of Capricorn (The Troppo) in Alice Springs, NT, Australia.

The Troppo is a casual, modern venue focused on good food (woodfired pizzas), cocktails, craft beers, live entertainment and relaxed beer-garden vibes.

The design should feel contemporary, stylish and inviting - not like a generic pub promotion or basic template.

This project will be paid trial, with the intention of finding a reliable graphic designer for regular ongoing work.
Future projects include event posters, weekly specials, food and drink promotions, menus, social media content and other venue marketing materials.

Please create:
- 1x A3 promotional poster suitable for printing
- 1x square social media post
- 1x vertical Instagram story
- Editable source files in Canva
- Up to 2 reasonable rounds of revisions

Design direction:
- capture Troppo's relaxed but stylish atmosphere
- Be eye catching without looking overly busy
- Make the Happy Hour offer immediately clear
- Feel original and tailored to our venue and location (Central Australia)
- Be adaptable for future specials and promotions

We will provide:
- Venue Logo and existing brand assets
- Happy Hour offer, dates, times and conditions
- Venue photos where possible
- Existing menus
- Examples of styles we like

Ideal Designer:
- Has experience designing for bars, event or lifestyle brands
- Can create consistent designs across print and social media platforms
- can provide organised, fully editiable source files
- Is interested in building an ongoing relationship
