Handwritten Notes Transcription with Embedded Images

I need my handwritten notes, all in English, converted into editable text and delivered as a single, professionally-formatted PDF. Accuracy is essential, but I also want to retain the character of the originals, so each handwritten excerpt must appear as an image directly beside—or immediately above—the corresponding typed line or paragraph.

You will receive high-resolution scans of the pages. Your job is to:

• Transcribe every word exactly as written, correcting only obvious spelling mistakes when context makes them clear.
• Embed the supplied images in the PDF so a reader can see the handwriting and the clean transcription together.
• Produce a final, searchable PDF that opens without errors on any standard viewer.

Please let me know your preferred workflow for combining OCR or manual typing with image placement, as well as the tools you intend to use (Word, InDesign, LaTeX, or another solution). A brief sample page showing your layout approach will help me confirm we are on the same page before you proceed with the full set.
