I have a batch of clear image scans containing English handwritten notes that I need turned into an editable, well-formatted Microsoft Word document. Every word must be captured accurately, and any tables or simple charts that appear in the images should be recreated as real Word tables or embedded charts so the information remains fully editable.

You will receive the images in their original order through a shared drive link. Simply type what you see, preserve headings where they exist, recreate the tables, and keep the overall flow identical to the source pages—no additional styling is required beyond that.

Deliverable:
• One clean .docx file that mirrors the content, layout flow, and tables seen in the images.

I’ll review for spelling accuracy, correct table structure, and faithful reproduction before releasing final approval, so a careful eye is essential.
