Handwritten Notes to Word

I have a set of handwritten notes that I need converted into a Microsoft Word document. Please keep the same layout and headings so the finished file mirrors the original pages in structure and flow.

Whenever a word or phrase is difficult to decipher, simply highlight or comment it so I can review and confirm the correct wording later. Accuracy and a clean, typo-free result are the priority.

Deliverables:
• A Word file replicating the original layout and headings
• All unclear words clearly marked for my review
