Handwritten Notes Digital Transcription

I have a stack of scanned handwritten notes that I need reproduced in Microsoft Word exactly as they appear on the page. Every heading, bullet, paragraph break, margin note, and underline should stay in the same place so the finished .docx mirrors the original layout. Where the notes contain sketches, diagrams, or hand-drawn tables, please capture those sections as clear images and insert them at the corresponding points in the text.

If any word or phrase is hard to decipher, highlight it or add a comment so I can review it later—please do not guess or leave blanks. Accuracy matters more than speed; I’d rather have a faithful copy than a rushed one.

Deliverable: a single, clean Word document ready for editing, with all text typed out, all formatting preserved, and all diagrams/tables inserted. I’ll provide the scanned PDFs as soon as we start.
