I have a stack of handwritten notes that must be keyed directly into my online database. Your task is purely data entry: reading the handwriting carefully and entering each field exactly as it appears. The database is already set up; you will receive login details along with a brief field-by-field guide before you start.

Accuracy matters more than speed. I will spot-check entries every day, and any inconsistencies will be returned for correction. Please be comfortable reading varied handwriting and working inside a web-based data form (similar in flow to Google Sheets or Airtable).

Deliverables:
• All handwritten notes entered and saved in the database
• A daily progress log noting records completed and any unclear text flagged for review
• Final confirmation that every record has been double-checked against the original pages
