Handwritten Mixed Data Entry

I have a collection of handwritten records that combine text notes with numerical figures, and I need every line transferred into a clean, searchable digital file. Accuracy matters more than speed, but the full set has to be finished within the next month so I can move on to analysis.

You’ll be working from clear scans (PDF/JPEG) of the originals and entering each field into a structured Excel or Google Sheets workbook—whichever you’re most comfortable with. Please keep original spelling and punctuation for text portions, and be extra careful to place every number in the right column; even a single transposed digit will skew my totals later.

A quick sample of five pages will be my first checkpoint. If that looks good, you’ll receive the remaining batches along with brief field definitions so everything stays consistent. When everything is keyed and double-checked, just hand me the final spreadsheet plus a log of any illegible spots you had to flag.
