Handwrite Internal Notes in Cursive

I have a collection of typed business notes that I want transcribed by hand in a clean, classic cursive style so they can be archived as internal reference materials. Legibility and consistency matter more than ornate flourishes—the writing should look professional yet unmistakably handwritten, suitable for scanning and storing in our internal knowledge base.

Here’s how the process will work:
• I will send you batches of text (usually 2–4 pages at a time) in PDF or Word format.
• You’ll rewrite them on white, unlined A4 paper using dark blue or black ink, maintaining a steady classic cursive script throughout.
• When each batch is complete, please provide a high-resolution scan (300 dpi or higher) plus the original sheets shipped back to me if you are comfortable with postage; otherwise, a crisp scan alone is fine.
• Each page must be free of smudges, corrections, or extra marks.

To be considered, include a brief note on your previous experience producing handwritten documents—examples or photos of similar work are ideal. No elaborate proposal is necessary; a straightforward summary of your handwriting background will help me gauge fit.

I anticipate regular batches over the next few weeks and will pay per completed page once the scan meets the quality criteria above. If you enjoy steady handwritten work in a classic cursive hand, this should be a smooth collaboration.
